It's probably not on the same level as some editors designed for this, but I love them and even write a few articles in a note before moving it to Worpress. One of my complaints with the notes browser was that it did not allow you to open or export the notes, but Vivaldi 6.6 has added an option in the File menu that has meant that that criticism does not age very well. In addition to the notes, also reading lists can be imported/exported.
If I have to fault the import/export of notes, it is that right now it does it with everything that is in a folder, so to import one you would have to put it in a folder and import all its contents, and it exports all the notes. notes, a little too much if we only want to save one.
