For the part of the changes that have been made in this new version of Siduction 2023.1.0, it is mentioned that the package base is in sync with the Debian Unstable repository (as of August 16, 2023).

As for updates, each of the different flavors of Siduction received the corresponding updates to their desktop environments, since for example KDE Plasma received the update version 5.27.7.1, while LXQt was updated to version 1.3.0 and Xfce to version 4.18. In the announcement it is mentioned that the flavors with GNOME, MATE and Cinnamon were not able to be compiled due to the lack of a maintainer to take over within Siduction.
