Fedora has the Gnome desktop environment by default, with which it has the large number of tools that the Gnome team offers within the system.

To install Fedora 26 on our computer first we will have to download the ISO of the system, for this we will have to go to its official page and proceed with the download here.

Now if you don't want Gnome as your desktop environment, you can choose one of the other its flavors here.

Already having the image of the system we proceed to record it in some medium either on DVD or on some usb.

Prepare Installation Media

• Windows: We can burn it ISO with Imgburn, UltraISO, Nero or any other program even without them in Windows 7 and later gives us the option to right click on the ISO.

Requirements mminimal

To install Fedora 26 we must have at least the following requirements:

• 1 GHz processor or higher.
• 1 GB of RAM.
• VGA compatible graphics card.
• 10 Gb of hard disk.
• Internet connection.

Step-by-step installation of Fedora 26

Done the installation media procedure, we proceed to perform the installation by inserting the DVD or USB to our computer, if you have no idea what I'm talking about, I recommend you watch some videos on how to configure the BIOS and how to boot a system from DVD or USB.

At the beginning We will choose the first option that will be to start the system. Once this is done, the first screen that will appear will be the system desktop, now we will only have to click on the only icon that is there.

The next step will be to choose the location of the system installation, if you are using another system and have no notion at this point of what to do, I recommend that you better do this in a virtual machine and thus avoid losing important data.
