A new version of Elive has been released Linux, which is an unknown Linux distribution based on Debian. Elive is characterized by providing an intuitive experience in a completely system, ready for daily use.
The Elive desktop environment is a highly customized version of Enlightenment It offers a light and beautiful experience that works great even on older computers and uses Debian as the foundation to provide a perfectly stable and powerful system.
It can be run directly in live mode without the need to install your own guided persistence feature.
Even if the user wants to install the distribution on their computer, Elive has a very friendly installer that includes many features to facilitate the process.

What's new in Elive 3.0.4?
The new version of Elive 3.0.4 has few relevant changes since it is merely a package update version.
Well, after 5 months since the previous version (Elive 3.0.3) was released, the image of this version is no longer viable for users, since after installing they will have to download a large number of update packages.
Of the changes that highlights are the improvements to the system audio, as it was improved by adding support for pulseaudio in Elive's internal mixing tool, in case the user installs it alone.
As well the tool that suggests a monthly donation to the project was disabled.
De the other changes found in this version of Elive 3.0.4 are:
- Perseverance- General improvements to save desktop configurations based on different hardware profiles and improvements to the option to encrypt their persistence
- Elive Health Tool- Improvements to the critical temperature detection feature
- USB recording tool- Supports compressed downloaded images now, so with it you can safely burn USBs with any downloaded OS
- Installer: several parts have been rewritten with better code, improving its reliability and overall stability.
- Useful tools: fixes and improvements have been made based on testing and compatibility with a different base system.
- Translations: Up-to-date compilations with up-to-date translations made by user collaboration
For future versions, the developer comments that Elive is planned to be compatible with Secure Boot and UEFI, with 64-bit versions available and based on Debian Buster, among other news and features that are planned in the future.
