This new content update is free that it's called Ragnarok and will come to Linux, Mac and Windows. If you still do not know the video game you can find it in the Valve Steam stores and also in the Humble Store for a price of about € 29,99 or dollars (for the happy conversion that hurts us so much to Europeans).

It is a successful strategy on Vikings and that has been developed by the French independent studios Shiro Games. Now they have done this free expansion of the majors for you. Ragnarok includes a new map that you can use with new challenges. This map includes a new and violent volcano in the center that erupts randomly in time, so you will always have to be prepared for the consequences such as rock impacts that can damage your buildings or territories, etc. You will also be able to expand and colonize a new territory «Ancient Graveyard», the place where the fallen Viking warriors lived and that you can recover from the afterlife to form an army of specters ...
Fallen Sailors also appear, and that will make the souls of the dead who drowned want to return to the world of the living as well, so you will have to keep more eyes on the shores ... Myrkalfars will be a new neutral faction with aggressive dark elves and that they will attack to put it on you more complicated and that the challenge is more fun. And lastly, defeating enemies or losing a unit will now grant players experience points to choose from among the three new trails available.
