Casebook 1899 – The Leipzig Adventure is a graphic adventure that immerses you in a bygone era and that comes loaded with mysteries to solve. It is now seeking funding to publish it on Linux, along with the Windows and macOS releases. A job that Linux users would undoubtedly appreciate from Homo Narrans Studio. But to make it possible, don't forget to participate in thekickstarter campaigns for crowdfunding. This campaign was launched by Homo Narrans Studio to try to get the money they need.
For now, only the launch for Windows and Mac is contemplated. For masters, Casebook 1899 will arrive the May 31, in just a few weeks. Unfortunately for the launch of Linux we will have to wait a little longer.
The studies themselves have commented on the company's plans: «Having a Linux port is possible and could happen as a stretch goal«. Although this method of inspiring the community is not the most favorable. The game is being built using Visionaire Studio. Which includes Linux, so a native build is still in the works. But, "supporting Kickstarter will definitely make a Linux release more likely«. In any case, Casebook 1899 seems to be coming to Linux if all goes well with the funding campaign. If so, in time you'll be able to immerse yourself in the shoes of detective Joseph Kreiser to examine objects and question witnesses to find the culprit in a case at hand.
