Zorin OS 7 Desktop

We already talked to you in this blog about Zorin OS 7 in its candidate version. Now we can confirm that the final version of Zorin OS 7 and it is available from the official website of the project for download.

For those who do not know the Linux distribution Zorin OS 7, it is a distro with graphic touches inspired by Windows 7. The creators thought that, since Linux was somewhat more tedious to use and can be somewhat complicated for people who come from using Windows, a similar desktop could be implemented to the employee in the Microsoft system.

As you know Zorin OS is based on Ubuntu and makes many things easier so that Windows users who first land in the Linux world do not notice too many handling changes. Obviously, being a Linux distro it is much safer and faster than Windows 7.

As you know, you can download it at free version or premium version. Both include the same software packages, the 55 available languages and everything you need to get started, only the Premium version, in exchange for a donation, allows you to either get the physical DVD or download directly from a dedicated server that is faster.

Hello. Do you have Windows 8 installed on that same PC? This may be why, the Windows hibernation system can give problems with the partitions. If not, it should work fine. Try restarting or give us more details so we can help you. Greetings
