Wine 4.13 now available: 15 fixes and support for Passport HTTP redirects

Wine 4.13 at Disco Dingo

Many users came to Linux after having suffered passed through Windows. If there was one thing Bill Gates did well, it was to make his operating system available on almost every computer in the world, which is why virtually all of the most popular software is for Microsoft's desktop operating system. For this reason there is Wine, a software designed to run Windows applications that yesterday released Wine 4.13.

Wine 4.12 was released just under a month ago, on July 5, and based on the new update cycle every two weeks, the next version should have arrived on July 19. If we have had to wait a whole month, or four weeks to be more exact, it is because Alexandre Julliard, the main developer of the project, has been on summer vacation. From the looks of it, Julliard wasn't the only Wine developer to take a vacation, or so we think when we see Wine 4.13 not a very important release, nor having been delayed two weeks.
