EThe project team decided to shrink ISO images and remove unused items or that may be considered unnecessary in the system.
The objective of the project is to leave the image of the ISO ArcoLinux with only 2 gigabytes.
This new update was released due to the update of the set of scripts that make up Archiso, which basically work for the construction of ArchLinux system images.
With this update the developers updated the ArcoLinux build scripts of which there were 12 in total of which are:

- A new logo was included in the conkies logos
- The source view has been improved and resized to 11
- VMware configuration file included to include 1920 × 1080 screen resolution.
- The Neofetch application was updated from V4 to V5, and with it the official configuration and changed to our own ArcoLinux configuration.
- Script to use all cores now also includes six cores.
- New VBM alias to mount folder when Public in virtual box
- The old alias was updated, which is now sudo pacman -Syyu '.
