VANT offers us a special keyboard and mouse kit for Linux

UAV keyboard and mouse

VANT, the Spanish company dedicated to hardware and oriented to Linux and with a clear commitment to free software, returns to give us interesting news with a special keyboard and mouse kit for Linux. We have already spoken on this blog several times about UAV And now we have new news that we must share with you.

VANT offers us a kit including a mouse and keyboard special edition for Linux, replacing the visually annoying Start key (with the Windows logo) with one with the Tux logo. Changes that, although they are not technical, are still a good option for Linux users who do not want to see the logo owned by Microsoft on their keyboard.

Unfortunately the keyboard manufacturers Standard usually include this logo on the Start key, regardless of what type of operating system the intended computer is running. And this is due to the great dominance of the Windows desktop market. But it does not make sense for those who do not use this Microsoft system.

VANT also ensures that it is very good quality and that it is specially thought to support the intense work of the system administrators. The kit will be included in all your VANT CELL and VANT PURE desktops, but it will also be sold separately for Linux users who do not have UAV computers.

If you want to know more features about the mouse and keyboard, here I leave them:

  • Keyboard: with membrane mechanism, compact and ergonomic design. Replace the home key logos with the Tux logo. Great quality and silent, smooth in your writing (you only need a force of 55g in the pressing of each key). Compatibility with Linux kernel systems is 100% guaranteed and its design is compact.
  • Mouse: ergonomic, specially designed for right-handed users, 1600 DPI optical sensor (with the possibility of changing the sensitivity "on the fly" by means of the central key. 800, 1200 and 1600 DPI values are allowed). It has a USB interface and does not need drivers for its installation in Linux. It has a speed of 30PPS and supports an acceleration of 15G. Its weight is only 122 grams and its design is compact.

I have nothing against sponsored posts (and less if it is for a company that supports linux) but it is necessary to clarify it as a subtitle.

Sponsored? Hahaha AANT has not even thanked us. We have simply written about it just like we write about a multitude of devices and systems. So if you think it is a sponsored article… You are deeply mistaken. If you don't believe it, contact VANT and ask them if they have given us a hard pir of this article or others that we have written about them.

If it were, I wouldn't mind putting it, I've already worked for other blogs that paid to write articles or gave you devices to test for 15 days and write reviews. But this blog does not work like that. It's sad if you think about it, but everyone can think what they want
