Ubuntu 19.04 Disco Dingo

Canonical is working on the next major release of its popular Linux-based distro, Ubuntu 19.045 Disco Dingo, which has now reached an important phase in its cycle, Feature Freeze.

Since February 21, Ubuntu 19.04 Disco Dingo has officially entered the phase called "Feature Freeze" which means that no new features will be added from now on and until the release of the final version. Ubuntu 19.04 will ship with GNOME 3.32 and Linux Kernel 4.20.

Canonical suggests that all Ubuntu developers and related packages keep their efforts to fix bugs rather than trying to add new features to Ubuntu 19.04, although there are some exceptions that can be found in this link.

"Disco Dingo is already in Feature Freeze, ideally you should focus on fixing bugs and not adding new features. Remember that lines do not matter during this phase”Is mentioned in the mail announcement.
