Main new features of Ubuntu 22.10 “Kinetic Kudu”
The new version of Ubuntu 22.10 includes Linux kernel 5.19 which brings some quite interesting features, in addition to the support for new drivers, improvements and corrections. Of the features that stand out from kernel 5.19 is the support in task scheduler for CPU clusters that share L2/L3 cache (distributing tasks across clusters will bring more memory bandwidth and decrease cache contention), Support for Intel® AMX Instructions (Advanced Matrix Extensions), CO-RE compatibility that makes BPF programs more portable compilers, a faster random number generator (entropy extractor changed from SHA1 to BLAKE2s), and support for proactive fetch on memory control groups.
Another novelty that stands out in Ubuntu 22.10 “Kinetic Kudu” is GNOME 43 integration with all the important news, such as the new GTK4 compatible Nautilus file manager, as well as the fact that the marking of files so that they can be executed has been simplified.
Inside the changes that we can find of this new version of Gnome 43 in Ubuntu 22.10 it's in the top right corner. This is a new menu with shortcuts to settings, which is much nicer, but also more convenient, because even changing audio devices has been made easier.
On the other hand, another of the changes that stands out in the new version is that Pipewire is the default audio system in Ubuntu 22.10 and the reason for this is that PipeWire has fewer bugs than PulseAudio, better hardware compatibility, and lower overall CPU usage.
In addition to this, we can also find in Ubuntu 22.10 "Kinetic Kudu" already has support for the WebP image format, which allows you to view the images in the file manager and in the native photo viewer.
AppArmor gained support for restricting namespace access to non-privileged users. This allows a system administrator to configure their system so that only apps and services that are limited by an appropriate AppArmor profile can use this feature.

It is impossible to install it, I get kernel panic all the time in the middle of installation and there is no way. Tested with graphical version and without it and always the same, the system freezes and see you later.
Of course, either the kernel or the graphics adapter has messed it up somewhere and it doesn't work.
A pity, after many years in ubuntu I have to abandon it.
