Technobabylon: cyberpunk title now for Linux

Wadjet Eye Games and Technocrat Games have been working to bring a new update and a native Linux port of the title Technobabylon. It is a cyberpunk adventure from 2015 that will surely delight all lovers of this type of genre where science fiction and dystopian visions of the future are mixed.

The story behind Technobabylon will take you to the year 2087, a future where genetic engineering is normal, and addictive trances have replaced human interaction, as well as living in absolute control of Central, an omnipresent AI in the city that will not be able to easily through its CEL police force.

Charlie Regis is an agent of that secret police who sees everything, and is blackmailed with the lives of his children who are yet to be born. In this way, he will be pushed to the limit to try to save his legacy.

Latha Sesame is another of the characters from Technobabylon. She is about an unemployed agoraphobic who is addicted to trance. She has become the target of a killer and doesn't know who she can trust and who she can't. That is why she must face dangers outside the world of trance, in the real world, the world of flesh, and try to survive.

Also Max Lao, a case officer who is tech savvy and that he joined CEL to forget his criminal past. She now finds herself torn between two loyalties as she is asked to stop her best friend and partner, and must choose between friendship or law.

The three will try to fight to survive in this hostile city, but soon they will discover that there are conspiracies that threaten more than just their lives, also everything they think they know.
