Slimbook brings fresh merchandise: know all the news

Slimbook One

It's been a while without news from Slimbook. And the truth is that when they are "silent" they are plotting "evil things", but of those evil things that we Linux users like so much: with desktop PCs, laptops, miniPCs and AIOs that not only can carry a GNU/Linux distro, but also that can compete in quality and performance with the best.

If you are impatient to know everything they have been plotting during this time, here you have all the news that the Spanish firm has for this 2022:

  • One: The Slimbook miniPC has been updated to bring more performance, as the AMD Ryzen 7 4800H has been replaced with a processing beast such as the AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX. And of course, to dissipate all that concentrated power they have also renewed the heatsink, with a new hybrid air and passive liquid cooling (heatpipes). A third storage medium can also be incorporated (1 M.2 and 2x SATA3) supporting up to 6 TB. Learn more.
  • ZERO: The other compact from Slimbook, it also now has a new case, improved cooling with a new heatsink and will now come equipped with an Intel Core i3-8145U CPU. Learn more.
  • Essential 14″: Slimbook's light and compact laptop also has a new processor, with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 and integrated Intel Xe GPU. Learn more.

That in terms of the technical section, but in Slimbook when they are put, they are really put. Another novelty at the corporate level is your new logo:

  • The TLP configuration has been updated.
