SCS Software is holding a nice event against breast cancer in the truck simulator Euro Truck Simulator 2 and in American Truck Simulator. It will last until this Sunday, so all of you who have this title for your GNU / Linux distro can participate too. All proceeds until Sunday, October 6 at 23:59 UTC, will be donated in this month of awareness for this disease.
Pink ribbons and the color pink will have a lot of presence during this month at the international level for the awareness of breast cancer. An annual campaign that aims to get benefits to donate to improve the health of these people and for research to combat it. Truck manufacturers around the world do, and inspired by them, this video game developer will also join this campaign.
The name of the campaign is Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Awareness! SCS Software asks the community around the world to support the cause with Pink Ribbon products in Europe and the United States. They will do the international event known as Pink Ribbon Charity World of Trucks. To collaborate is very easy, you do not have to travel anywhere, or anything like that, you can do it from the video games themselves. So if you don't have Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator, you can buy them now on Steam.
To collaborate, you have to enter the video game, in either of the two, and rewards will be given for objectives personal and community. Delivering 12 or more Pink Ribbon item deliveries will result in a unique pair of logo hanging boxing gloves as a Steam item. If the community manages a million Pink Ribbon item deliveries you will also get a pair of hanging dice in the Steam inventory. To be able to do so, you just have to link your game account with a World Of Trucks account and choose.
