Today lopenSUSE developers are pleased to announce the new version of your operating system reaching your new openSUSE 15 version which is based on the upcoming SUSE Enterprise Linux 15 series and features updated components and technologies designed for advanced users.

This new version It is considered the successor to OpenSUSE 42.3. The announcement was made by the distribution team and is considered a new framework for the operating system, as it facilitates the migration to SUSE Linux Enterprise (SLE).

If you want to download this new version of openSUSE You can do it by going to its official website of the project and in its download section You can get the image of the system, in link is this.

Si you are already an openSUSE Leap user you can upgrade to openSUSE Leap 15, but for new deployments, they will have to download the openSUSE installation images.

The openSUSE Leap 15 works only with 64-bit hardware architectures, so for 32-bit it is no longer possible.

But support for ARM64 (AArch64) architectures and are expected soon.
