The new version of Nextcloud 17 has already been released, which is a platform developed as a fork of the ownCloud project, created by the main developers of this system. Nextcloud and ownCloud allow you to implement full cloud storage on your server systems with support for data exchange and synchronization.
Nextcloud provides tools for sharing, control of changes, support for playing multimedia content and view documents directly from the web interface, the ability to synchronize data between different machines, the ability to view and edit data from any device anywhere on the network.
Access to data can be organized using the web interface and the WebDAV protocol and its CardDAV and CalDAV extensions.
