Mozilla introduces new logos for Firefox and derivatives

Just a year ago, Mozilla launched a new logo for Firefox and although the community was just getting used to it, the organization has decided to give a new twist to the logo of this popular browser.

El new firefox logo, which we see in the main image, can be imagined as an umbrella, thinking that Mozilla wants to encompass all its services within the browser and make them just one.

In addition to the new logo for Firefox, the company also released new logos for derivative services such as Firefox Send or Firefox Lockwise (formerly called Firefox Lockbox).

To explain the new logos Mozilla released a post on the official blog in which he details all the related issues, from the color palette to the way the font has been customized.

According to the organization “has opted for accessible colors and standard fonts to be open to everyone, everywhere."

The launch of this new logo comes a couple of days after the CEO of Mozilla discussed about the Premium service that will arrive in October with extras such as a VPN or cloud storage.

But Mozilla says it's not done; the logo and the brand are constantly evolving, as the browser it represents. In addition, it encourages the community to send their feedback and proposals for the next designs.
