Manjaro 2022-05-23 has arrived with few important news for those who do not use KDE

manjaro 2022-05-23

With KDE Gear 22.04.1 and Frameworks 94 available for some time now, and knowing how they work in Manjaro, a new stable release was expected soon. The previous one It was only ten days ago, and a few moments ago announced the launch of manjaro 2022-05-23. If you're a KDE edition user, good for you; Important packages have been updated. If not, well, there are always little tweaks that work for everyone, like GCC 12.1.0 or new kernel versions.

Those who use Maui, or those who want or need to use the NVIDIA drivers, as both have been updated in Manjaro 2022-05-23. For my part, and reading the community and the problems that may appear, I would recommend using open source drivers until they add the open source version of NVIDIA to the kernel, but not everyone will agree with me and sometimes they are necessary.
