LibreOffice 6.3.3 arrives fixing a total of 83 errors in this series

libreoffice 6.3.3

Just over a month after the earlier version, The Document Foundation has LibreOffice 6.3.3 released today. This is a new maintenance update of the series that is currently only intended for users who want to enjoy the most modern functions, since the version intended for production equipment is still the LibreOffice 6.2.8 available from the middle of this month. This new version of the famous office suite does not include new functions, but is here to correct errors.

Altogether LibreOffice 6.3.3 has corrected 83 errors that have been found in this series. The list of fixed bugs is contained in the articles they published on the first and second Release Candidates of LibreOffice 6.3.3, available at this link y this other respectively. You can access the article where they talk about the availability of the new version from here.

LibreOffice 6.3.3, no notable new features

It is a bit surprising to read a release note without any notable news, limiting itself only to providing two links in which all the corrected bugs have been collected. In any case and as we have said on some other occasion, it is only necessary that we are experiencing an annoying failure to realize how important these updates can be. Without going any further, until one of the latest versions, apps like Writer gave problems when scrolling with the touch panel on some operating systems.

LibreOffice 6.3.3 is now available for Windows, macOS and Linux from its official download website which you can access from here. Linux users can download it in DEB versions for Debian / Ubuntu based systems, in Red Hat RPM or in binaries. When it will be available in the official repositories will depend on the distribution, since some prefer to stay in the most stable version. The next version will already be LibreOffice 6.3.4 which will be released in December.
