Among all the news and updates that will come with LibreOffice 6.1 we can mention the ability to sort images in Calc, as well as resize them to fit the page or cell.

Writer will have a new list of styles, the ability to insert the page number, support for vertical text used in traditional Chinese language and the ability to remove an ideographic sequence with the return bar.

Calc will have new options for context menus and new commands for when the cursor is in a specific range or a conditional field. Draw will have a new page menu, Writer will be able to export Ruby characters to DOCX format, among many other things.

On the other hand, LibreOffice promises to improve the online component, which will allow users to use basic LibreOffice functions through the web browser.
