Korora 22 is a distribution that seeks to make it easy for the Red Hat and Fedora user, even more if possible. More or less, to give you an idea, it is the Linux Mint equivalent of Debian-based distributions.
Korora 22 comes in various versions, depending on the desktop. So we can have Korora with KDE, Gnome, Xfce, Cinnamon and MATE. Even so, in all versions the appearance is similar and both the theme and the dock are the same, so it will seem that we are facing the same version, although in some cases it differs a lot, as in Xfce. Korora 22 requires a computer with a processor compatible with the Intel processor, 1 GB of ram memory and at least 10 GB of minimum space for its installation.
Korora 22 is the so-called minty Fedora
Unlike previous versions, the Korora development team has decided to remove flash from Korora 22, so it will not be installed by default but it will be in the Korora repositories so it will have to be installed manually if we want to use Flash or simply install Google Chrome as the default browser to use Adobe Flash. Even so, the decision of the Korora team seems very sensible to me and I think we should all forget about flash.
Of course, there is no doubt that if you are a very novice user and want to install something other than Ubuntu or Linux Mint, Korora is a good alternative and highly recommended since Fedora is still for intermediate users, that is, for newbies it is not yet apt unless you want to get a bad impression of it.
For the more daring, as for those who want to try new things or are looking for something different from their Fedora, here You have the download website for Korora 22. Just remember that if you don't dare, you can always use a virtual machine.
