Google has released Chrome OS 73. The latest and newest version of the desktop operating system from the famous search engine is appearing on Chromebooks, something that is being gradual. The new version continues the dynamics of Chrome OS 72 in its attempt to simplify the settings and adds a new system to synchronize Google services. But the most interesting thing is a support that has been included and that will make Chrome OS win many integers.
We are talking about support for sharing files and folders with Linux applications, something that in the informative note They mention that it is available for developers. This means, for example, that we can open a photo or a video in a Linux editor. And it is that Chrome OS was made compatible with Linux applications in a previous version, thanks to an emulator that basically runs LXDE in a virtual machine. But, logically, this is not the only novelty that comes from the hand of Chrome OS 73. Here we show you the most outstanding ones.
