Krita 3.1 came out, one of the greats in the world of digital painting

Today we have great news for lovers of artistic painting, since Krita version 3.1 is out, a powerful software dedicated to making digital painting of the highest quality, which will allow you to design a lot of images to your liking in Linux (and in the rest of desktop operating systems).

Krita 3.1 is a free and open source program but it does not have to envy other paid programs, since as you can see in the video above, you can do practically everything.

In this version 3.1 a lot of things have been added, such as greater precision when choosing a color for the image. In addition to that, the possibility of using HDR colors (with high Dynamic Range) and a general improvement in the color palette has been added.

But the highlight is that we will be able to create animations and export them easily in well-known formats. Animation curves have also been added, being able to add filters and transparencies to the animation and to its fixed stage.

Finally bugs found in previous versions have been corrected, the gradient editor has been improved and a new brush has also been added, which allows you to work much faster.

As a curiosity, this is the first version of Krita capable of supporting OS X in a stable way, since the old versions of this program ran it with bugs and many problems.

Undoubtedly, a great program that will allow you to work with high quality images and high-quality animations, all from free and open source software.

To download this program, go to Krita's official website, a page that It will allow you to download the Krita 3.1 program in its free Desktop version. We also have more advanced versions that are not free, which are called Gemini and Studio.

Fantastic, I usually use it. The animations will have to prove it.

Between this Krita update and the new interface, in the experimentation phase, of Libreoffice called Notebookbar, you have made my day :)
