Many people think that everything free is always worse, and that is not the case with software, at least free software. We all know that there are extremely interesting projects that far exceed proprietary and paid software. One of these great projects is Blender, which has been used for the creation of popular video games, and even some Hollywood movies as we already revealed in another LxA article. Therefore that expensive-good / free-bad relationship we have to leave behind.

Of course I do not mean that everything free is good and everything expensive or paid is bad, that is not the case either. And you should be aware that Blender is probably one of the best programs in terms of 3D modeling, lighting, rendering, animation, and graphics creation. It even supports digital compositing using node processing, video editing, sculpting, and digital painting. A whole design suite and for which you will need some study and patience to know how to handle it thoroughly and get the most out of it.

As I have said, it is free and free software, in addition to being available in 25 languages ​​and multiplatform (Android, GNU / Linux, Windows, Mac, Solaris, FreeBSD, IRIX, etc.). It was originally distributed for free but without providing the code, but now it has adopted the GPL license and the code is available to the entire community. And from those Dutch NeoGeo studios to the current Blender Foundation, the project has improved a lot ...

So much so that it has been used for the movie Marvel Captain America, Spider-Man 2, and other video games and short films.     Grande Blender is very easy to use, you can use it to complement projects with other software such as Maya, which is so well universal software.

    Blender is a fantastic program, since it lets you do all kinds of 3D designs. The truth is that I am very happy and to be free it is very powerful.
