The scam that I think is most widespread on the Internet must be the bank email. I have no proof, but I have no doubt either. What they do is send an email that is supposed to come from our bank, saying that there is some problem that we must solve as soon as possible. If we enter the link they give us, we usually see a very well designed page with only a few errors. One of them is the URL, which is nothing like that of a real bank, and in most cases there are even spelling mistakes, although sometimes they work on it a little more. Its intention is for us to enter our username and password, at which point it gives an error, but it will be too late for us. At least if we have online procedures activated and not two-step verification.

This was the worst for me. More than 10 years ago I started receiving messages from a person who knew my name, and the sender was a 4 digit number.
